Void Sales Report

This report gives you a summary of all voids during the time frame and status.

• Pending voids: Voids that are awaiting 30 days acknowledgement by DNR.
• Acknowledged voids: Voids which have been received by DNR and have been processed completely.
• Credit: All voids are initially credited to the retailer account.
• Over due charge-back: Any license not received by DNR within 30 days is charged back to the retailer account.
