After clicking "Void License", the system will retrieve the information associated with the license number you entered.

• Compare to make sure you are voiding the correct license number.
• If all information is correct, click Void License. Otherwise, click Cancel and try again.



• Clicking "Void License" on this screen will void all privileges listed on that license. To reiussue any requested privilages, you must sell a new license.
• Retailers can NOT void a license after one hour.
• If the customer doesn't have their license, print either your Detailed Sales Report or Detailed Void Report and identify the license in question. Mail with documentation stating the problem to DNR, in the void envelopes provided.
