Resident Library Cards
Residents and property owners of the City of Decatur and the Town of Geneva are issued resident cards which expire in two years. Please present two forms of identification that show your address.

- Full Access to Evergreen Indiana resources
- Full Access to downloadable eBooks & Audio books
- Ability to place holds on APLS & Evergreen materials
- Can request Interlibrary Loan
Non Resident Library Cards
Residents of townships are issued non-resident cards which expire annually and are charged a fee of $98.00. Most townships subsidize this fee. Partial year cards are also available.

Reciprocal Library Cards
Berne Public Library cardholders are eligible for Reciprocal Cards
- Patrons must first have BPL card before an APLS card will be issued.
- Full Access to all in-house collections; no Evergreen Access
