Wabash River Water Trail approaching the half-way milestone!

Events are being planned up & down the Wabash to celebrate the opening of the Wabash River Water Trail. Currently, cooperating entities are being contacted to allow for the posting of the signs at access points and the placement of maps in convenient kiosk boxes. If you would like to host a sign kiosk, or can help mount a bridge sign, contact your county river representative with the Wabash River Heritage Corridor Commission. Other opportunities will include hosting trail users at camps or offering excursions from the river to Bread & Breakfasts, dining, golf, or other near attractions. For these opportunities, contact Ron James, our Executive Director. Events currently being scheduled include:
