Mission Statement
To provide efficient dispute resolution for injured workers and employers by
administering both formal adjudication and informal dispute resolution
services; to serve the public by answering inquiries regarding the Indiana
Worker's Compensation system; and to collect statistical information
regarding workplace injuries in Indiana.

Next time you are at the Board offices please introduce yourself to our newest case coordinator, Tony West. Tony hails from New Castle and is currently a third year law student at IUPUI. Tony comes to us from Daimler Chrysler, were he has worked since 1996.
*Future Events: Settlement Day for Provider Claims*
On April 29th, in lieu of hearing appeals from single member decisions, the Worker’s Compensation Board along with its mediators will conduct settlement day for the oldest provider fee claims. If both parties come to the table with a sincere desire to resolve these claims, it is our hope that 250 cases or more can be closed. Stay tuned for further details.
