Only at the Indianapolis Zoo will you be able to watch and interact with the dolphins as they swim all around you in the world's only submerged underwater dolphin dome. Get up close and personal with the rhinos and watch the young elephants as they play. Kids will also get to ride the carousel and the Kombo family coaster or splash in the water playground. In addition, when you buy a Zoo ticket, you also get to visit White River Gardens, 3.3 acres of interior and outdoor gardens to get ideas for your own garden. You know spring has arrived when tens of thousands of flowers are in bloom in the Gardens and the popular Butterflies exhibit returns to the Hilbert Conservatory.

From April until September, you can enjoy baseball up close at the venue Baseball America and Sports Illustrated named the "Best Minor League Ballpark in America." At the open-air natural grass park, you'll have a stunning view of the downtown skyline as well as a great seat for watching the Indianapolis Indians, Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Immerse yourself in the art, history and culture of the indigenous cultures of the American West and Native America. The Eiteljorg Museum is the only museum in the Midwest to offer this combination. New exhibits and interactive programs are unveiled throughout the year, so no two visits to the Eiteljorg are ever the same! The museum's new wing doubles its public space to include and education center, libarary, cave, and outdoor gardens.

Explore the worlds of art, science and culture up close and hands-on at the Indiana State Museum. Starting with the birth of the Earth and tracing Hoosier history into the 21st century, the museum offers an eclectic and ever-changing adventure. Even the building is an exhibit, with sculptures representing Indiana's 92 counties built into the exterior. The complex also houses the IMAX® Theater, two restaurants and a two-story gift shop that features Indiana-made goods.

The big screen has never been bigger than at the IMAX® Theater, inside the Indiana State Museum. Don the special glasses to watch a 3-D movie or settle back for a 2-D flick. The six-story screen, 16,000-watt digital sound system and bright, crisp picture will make you feel like you're in the movies, not just watching one.
