Come celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Circle of Lights in downtown Indianapolis! Kick off the holiday season with more than 4,784 colored lights, 26 larger-than-life toy soldiers and sailors, 26 peppermint sticks and 52 garland strands at the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Monument. Enjoy live entertainment leading up to lighting the monument for the season at approximately 7:45pm.
