Go Wild in Indianapolis!
For a wild adventure in Indianapolis, check out the Indiana State Fair, Indianapolis Zoo and the Traders Point Charity Horse Show!
Day One
Welcome to the Year of the Tree at the
Indiana State Fair, August 6-17. There are a lot of great things to see and do at the state fair: milk a cow, ride the tractor tram, fish, catch an animal show, spit watermelon seeds and don’t forget the yummy food. So, grab a corn dog and get started!
Day Two
Visit the
Indianapolis Zoo which features the world’s only underwater dolphin dome. Get close to the sharks at the touch tank, feed a giraffe and ride the train!
Have lunch next door at the
Indiana State Museum. Then explore and discovery Indiana’s past, present and future. Catch a flick on the big screen at the IMAX.
Day Three
August 12-17, head north to Zionsville to the
Traders Point Hunt Charity Horse Show and Country Fair featuring National Show Jumping Competition with International Riders, Junior/Amateur competition and Country Fair.
