French Lick Resort Casino

Enjoy an exciting weekend in Southern Indiana. Indulge your senses at French Lick Resort Casino and West Baden Springs Hotel, two newly renovated historic buildings. Afterwards, visit a beautiful monastery that houses one of the nation's largest communities of Benedictine women.

Day One
Spend the day relaxing in the newly renovated spa at French Lick Springs Resort. Choose from a diverse menu of treatments including Vichy showers, facials and wraps. Or relax on the links at the resort's Donald Ross Golf Course. Originally constructed in 1920, the legendary course has been home to many regional and national tournaments.

Before dinner, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting at the French Lick Winery while observing the production facility.

Enjoy the evening while exploring the nautically-themed casino featuring 42,000 square feet of Vegas-style gaming. Then drift off to sleep in one of the resort’s fully-restored early-1900 rooms.


Day Two
Fresh-water Spring at West Baden Springs Hotel Visit West Baden Springs National Historic Landmark. Originally built in 1902, this landmark once was believed to have mineral baths and drinking waters that could cure everything from sterility to senility. It was once a vacation spot for some of America's notorious such as Al Capone and influential like New York Governor and presidential candidate Alfred E. Smith.

Monastery Immaculate Conception

Travel south to Ferdinand and experience the Monastery Immaculate Conception. Founded in 1867, this monastery is home to one of the nation's largest communities of Benedictine women. The monastery gift shop, "For Heaven's Sake," offers handmade crafts from the sisters and other unique spiritual merchandise.
