For dinner like no other, head to the small town of Middlebury and grab a seat at the Das Dutchman Essenhaus. They are famous for their homemade noodles, pies and breads. Stay overnight at the Essenhaus Inn and Conference Center where you'll enjoy unique décor which reflects the local community and culture.
