You can custom order a tenderloin here, with or without cheese, Spanish sauce, or other condiments, but the "ultimate" version at this restaurant that first opened in 1939 is a hand-cut grilled tenderloin with bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Add fries and slaw to make it a platter, or try breaded cauliflower, mushrooms, "Texas Toothpicks" or everyone's favorite, onion rings.
