Buddy’s Shrimp Roll
A Savory 16 Sandwich
The Barking Dog Café
Inspired by New England seafood rolls, these meaty crustaceans are perfumed with tarragon and a hit of Tabasco.
Mary Beth and Jeff Gahimer have stuffed many types of seafood into the rolls they fell in love with on trips to New England. But none are as pristinely topped as Buddy’s Shrimp Roll with the meaty crustaceans perfumed with tarragon and a hit of Tabasco. The restaurant’s “Bark Lard” BLT with house-cured bacon and tomato jam—featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives—is also worth a try. ($8.50)
