Yelp’s Totally Bazaar – Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 from 6-10 pm

Holiday season a time of stress? Not when Yelp has your gift shopping all wrapped up. Over 65 local businesses will fill City MarketĀ for a pop-up present bazaar, complete with a traditional old world market outside on the southwest plaza and a holiday fashion party with Pattern in the west wing. Enter the holiday bazaar of yesteryear on the plaza to find mulled wine by Easley Winery, warm hard cider from New Day Meadery, roasted nuts, international-themed businesses like Global Gifts, twinkling lights and international holiday music by Kyle Long of Cultural Cannibals.

The first 200 shoppers in the door will receive a free cup o’ cheer courtesy of Sun King Brewery and Flat 12 Bierwerks. Come hungry! City Market fixtures like Papa Roux, Natural Born Juicers, Three Days In Paris, Circle City Sweets, U Relish and many more will be open with extended hours for the evening. You’ll put your complimentary Yelp shopping bag to great use with businesses like People for Urban Progress, Smoking Goose, Hayes and Taylor, Vardagen, Hoosier Momma and Homespun!

Need to catch your breath from the mad fun in the Market Mezzanine? Mosy over to The Platform (newly renovated west wing of City Market) for Pattern’s holiday fashion lounge with black and white films screening, festive photo booth, cocktails, coat and bag checking by CoatChex (featured on Shark Tank) and more great vendors!

Our present to you? Some of the Circle City’s best drinks and entertainment – all for free. It’ll make anyone feel festive.
