Salt Creek Valley Farm: Down on the Farm Never Tasted so Good

Carrie and her family has successfully started a family-owned and operated business called Salt Creek Valley Farm near Batesville in southeastern Indiana. The family’s 38-acre farm is located near the Salt Creek.  Carrie, along with her family members, take great pride and joy Carrie Miller and Family, Salt Creek Valley Farmin using fresh products that are locally grown to make their jellies, jams and relishes. All products are made the good, old-fashioned way, because they take the time to chop the fruits and vegetables, mix small batches, and test each one of their creations to get it just right.

The delicious creations are also very nutritionist. All flavor comes from whole fruits and vegetables, no supplements or fruit juices here. There are no additives or preservatives, and all of the products are sweetened with real sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.

Salt Creek Valley Farm’s products are very affordable ranging from $5.75 to $6.25 per jar. Some of the top products include Holiday Jam [a blend of strawberries, cranberries and oranges] and Old-Fashioned Green Relish [a combination of green pepper, green tomato, cabbage and onion with sugar, vinegar and other spices].
