Log cabin tour set for Brown County June 4-5

The 38th Annual Brown County Log Cabin Tour will take place June 4-5 at various locations throughout Brown County. This self-guided driving tour will start in the Village of Nashville and will take visitors to six different log cabins and country homes along the beautiful back roads of Brown County.

Tickets for the tour are $15 for adults and $7 for children ages 3 and up. Tickets may be purchased in advance from the Brown County Convention and Visitors Bureau, by calling (800)753-3255, or at the gazebo on the Nashville Village Green, one block west of the courthouse stoplight, on June 4-5. Visitors will be given a detailed map with directions for how to get to each of the homes on the tour.  The total drive distance is between 30 and 40 miles.

The log cabins and country homes on display are privately owned.  Each home displays beautiful decor, charming gardens, antiques and family heirlooms, and the works of local artists. The homes will be open for tours from 10am to 4pm each day. Visitors should plan to spend 3-4 hours on the tour.

The Brown County Log Cabin Tour is a fundraiser for the Brown County chapter of Psi Iota Xi sorority, a national organization that exists to advance art, music, literacy, and speech and hearing programs in our local communities.
