If you have a refined palate or have been just looking for an excuse to check out French Lick and West Baden Springs, consider one of French Lick & West Baden Springs Hotels’ upcoming Wine Dinners.
The first Wine Dinner features Alexander Valley Vineyards wines and will take place at West Baden Springs Hotel (which some call the 8th Wonder of the World) on Saturday, March 6th at the esteemed Sinclair’s Restaurant – named for Lee W. Sinclair, who purchased the hotel in 1888 and is responsible for the current structure.
Reservations are required and the seven course dinner will run you $125 per person, but what a meal it will be! If you feel like making a weekend out of it, you can book a special West Baden Hotel package for just $450 per couple. It includes a room at the fabulous hotel and dinner for two.

Your next opportunity will be at 6:30 on Thursday, April 21 at the French Lick Hotel. This meal will pair Clos Pegase Wine with six fantastic courses and will feature lively discussion about food, art, wine and culture with Clos Pegase’s owner, Jan Shrem.
Reservations are also required for this meal and it will cost $120 per person. While the menu hasn’t been finalized yet, it will be soon.
