Pennsy Trail Art Fair – Greenfield, IN (Hancock County)

The Pennsy Trail Art Fair and Bluegrass Festival in Greenfield (Hancock County) is a local effort designed to “link the arts, the local community, and social service needs” in the Hancock County area.
