Industry Website Itinerary Guidelines

The Indiana Office of Tourism Development offers industry partners the opportunity to submit itineraries to be included on their websites - VisitIndiana.com and Tourism.IN.gov.

For consistency among itineraries, the following submission guidelines should be used:

VisitIndiana.com Itineraries:

• Should be individual traveler focused.
• Should be two to three day itineraries.
• More than one city and/or county should be mentioned.
• Every mention in the itinerary must have a web site link. Web site addresses for each entity must be provided.
• Not necessary to mention lodging or restaurant facilities unless they are a special draw to your area.
• Length: one page; Font: Franklin Gothic font, point 11.
• Please note which regions are included in the itinerary.
• Please note which theme best suits the itinerary (may be more than one):
• Arts and Culture
• Family Fun
• Girlfriend Getaways
• Outdoor Recreation
• Romantic Retreats
• Sports and Recreation

Tourism.IN.gov Itineraries:

• Itineraries should be group tour focused.
• Should be two to three day itineraries.
• More than one city and/or county should be mentioned.
• Every mention in the itinerary must have a website link. Website addresses for each entity must be provided.
• Not necessary to mention lodging or restaurant facilities unless they are a special draw to your area.
• Length: one page; Font: Franklin Gothic font, point 11.
