New Remittance Forms and Procedures
Effective October 1, 2013 filing the monthly 911 REMITTANCE FORM has changed to an automated process.
Each communication service provider and/or tax preparer has been assigned a unique URL for submission of the remittance form. Notices were sent to the email contact on file with our office.

It is important to note that the FINANCIAL TRANSACTION process has not changed. All communication service providers or tax preparers will continue submitting the fee via ACH as is currently the process.
