Thank you for filing your monthly 911 remittance form with our office.
Effective August 1, 2015 the automated filing procedure for the 911 Remittance Form changed from using the URL link to a newly created web interface. Notification with log-in credentials and instructions were sent to each communication service provider and tax preparer on file with this office. It is our goal that you will find the web interface easier to navigate and the historical information convenient.

It is important to note that the ACH transaction for payment has not changed.
