Welcome to the Indiana State Fairgrounds...where our goal is to exceed your exhibiting expectations! Our commitment to service and attention to detail that we, and our event partners, give to each event enable us to achieve this goal one event at a time.

The information provided in this section is designed with the exhibitor in mind. Forms, policies and procedures, and exhibitor service options can be found using the links to the left. The Indiana State Fairgrounds has 1,000,000 square feet of event and exhibit space, which are laid out over 250 acres and 20 venues.

Each of our venues offers convenient and direct loading capabilities for vehicles ranging from small cars to full size tractor trailers. Please be sure to check with your show manager or your show decorator for the move-in schedule and procedures specific to your event.
