The Champions Pavilion is one of the Fairgrounds' most spectacular renovations. Completed in February of 2004, this 66,500 square foot muli-purpose exhibit space can be used for events up to 4,600 people. A permanent, brick-enclosed walkway to the Blue Ribbon Pavilion can provide a total area of 135,500 square feet for large consumer shows, trade shows, agricultural events or banquets. This building can also be connected to the Pepsi Coliseum. The $8 million, completely renovated facility features breakout rooms that can be used for seminars or small group meetings. Office space, loading docks, multiple overhead doors, ticket windows, permanent concession space, heating/air-conditioning, an elevator and wheelchair accessible restrooms are added conveniences of this building.
