Sale of Champions:

The 4-H Sale of Champions consists of 24 items representing the "cream of the crop" from over 8,000 exhibits entered at the Indiana State Fair. 4-H members offer the Grand Champions and Reserve Grand Champions from the beef, sheep and swine projects, along with eight superior items representing the rabbit/poultry/horticulture/dairy goat/dairy cow and wool projects. In 2006, 13 records were shattered as approximately $227,930 was raised in the auction, which helps 4-H members attend college, purchase breeding animals and develop future careers.
