There are several events that take place in the Farm Bureau Building, which is located on the Northside of the Fairgrounds.

BATON TWIRLING: August 16 - Indiana's best go head to head in the State Championship Baton Twirling Contest. You'll find them twirling their way to the top.

YOUTH TALENT CONTEST: August 7, 8, & 10 - County Fair Talent Contest winners from across the state come to the Indiana State Fair hoping to succeed at the state level. Exciting Hoosier talent is always in abundance at the State Fair. You can see a variety of acts such as singing, dancing, tumbling, clogging, cheerleading and baton twirling.

GARFIELD presents "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME": August 11 - Shows are at 11am, 1:30 pm & 4 pm. One of Indiana's most famous cartoon cats, Garfield, turns 30. Kids of all ages can help celebrate his birthday as they watch this show.

ELIVS EXTRAVAGANZA CONTEST: August 17 - Prelims are at 1 pm and Finals are at 4 pm. Don't miss the best Elivs Impersonators.
