Celebration Park / WFMS Free Stage
Located in the Northwest corner of the Fairgrounds in front of the 4-H Education Complex, this area has so much Free entertainment to offer including the Free Stage. You won't want to miss any of the exciting events below.
Purina Incredible Dog Challenge – This one-of-a-kind canine competition is in its 12th year and continues to attract an incredible amount of national attention. This challenge, which will be taped and televised by ABC/ESPN, serves as the Midwestern Regional Championship with winners advancing to the finals in St. Louis, Mo. The competition consisted of five events: Freestyle flying disc, Diving Dog, Jack Russell racing, Agility and 60 weave-pole racing. The competition took place Aug. 7 – 8 in the Celebration Park.
Timberworks Lumberjack Show - Featured 4 of the strongest lumberjacks in the country that amazed you with log rolling, cross cut sawing, and ax throwing. Shows were daily at 11 am, 1:30, 4 & 7 pm.
The WFMS Free Stage has been the home to a great line-up of country music featuring the up and coming new stars in the industry as well as other entertainment. There were many new events this year that took place on this stage. Listed below is the line-up that occured.

- 5:00pm - 9:00pm Breakdance Battle - Dancers from all over the state will “break it down”. The format is a 3 vs. 3 crew competition where dancers try to impress a panel of expert judges in pursuit of the $300 first prize.
