Celebration Awards

The Indiana State Fair is revamping the ‘traditional’ 4-H Sale of Champions event to better recognize the hard work of our 4-H competitors. A committee consisting of ISF Fair Board Directors and staff have met with interested groups from around the state to discuss the merits of the current structure and opportunities to improve the recognition and awards structure for the winning project

The committee is aligning an awards structure which would combine monetary awards from ISF funding, premiums and market value of the project. The intent is to eliminate the need for 4-H youth and their families to raise funds in their hometowns as part of the 4-H Sale award. The funding mechanism is being developed and a final model will be announced soon!
