If you have questions about Open Enrollment 2014, please contact the benefits hotline (see information below) or participate in one of the scheduled meetings listed below. There are no additional town hall informational meetings or webinars (a web-based seminar that you access through a computer) scheduled. 

Town Hall meetings

Overview of 2014 Open Enrollment options:

  • Friday, October 18: 1-2 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 24: 3-4 p.m.
  • Friday, October 25: 9-10 a.m.*

*ASL interpreter is scheduled.
These are held in the Indiana Government Center-South Auditorium. As a reminder, no food or drinks are permitted in the Auditorium.
 

Webinars

Webinars can either be accessed from home or  your work computer. These sessions are lead by a SPD Benefits Specialist who can answer any questions concerning your health care.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 16: 8-9 a.m., 3-4 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 17: 1:30 - 2:30 p.m., 3-4 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 18. 9-10 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 22. 8-9 a.m., 1:30 -2:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 24. 9-10 a.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 25. 1:30 - 2:30p.m.

These consist of a Q & A with representatives from our benefit providers. Each session will last two hours.
