Vision
Anthem Blue View Vision is our current provider. Our plan utilizes the Select Network. Anthem’s in-network providers include ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, retail locations and discounts.
If you decide to use an out-of-network vision provider, our plan provides an allowance toward the services and you are responsible for any balance. Benefits and discounts offered through an in-network provider do not apply. You need to pay in full at the time of service and then file a claim for reimbursement.
