This calculator can be used to estimate your biweekly net pay (take home pay) based on the 2012 health plan coverage amounts.

Instructions

Step 1. If you are an existing health plan participant select your current plan from step 1, if not go to step 2.

Step 2. Select a 2012 Health Plan. If you plan to elect the Non-Tobacco User Incentive select the plan with "NTUI".

Step 3. Enter your net pay.

Step 4. Enter your current (2011) biweekly contribution to your health savings account (HSA).

Step 5. If you select a CDHP Plan in 2012 and plan to contribute to a HSA, enter a biweekly amount.

Step 6. Hit the Calculate button. Your net pay will calculate and display in the "Net pay after plan deduction" box.

If you would like to compare two 2012 health plans simply select a different 2012 plan on the comparison column.

4. Enter Current HSA Bi-weekly Contribution

5. If Selecting HSA enter your 2012 Bi-Weekly Contribution
