Office of the Indiana Secretary of State teams with agencies across the country to promote healthy money management habits
INDIANAPOLIS (April 1, 2011) – April is National Financial Literacy Month, with agencies and organizations across the country promoting healthy money management habits and a solid understanding of personal finance concepts.
As part of his office’s ongoing effort to educate Hoosiers of all ages on the benefits of smart saving, wise investing and responsible spending through the Indiana Investment Watch program, Secretary of State Charlie White points to three ways to participate in Financial Literacy Month:
Office staff directly involved with Financial Literacy Month will be available for interviews with local media where events are to be conducted as well as Indiana Securities Commissioner Chris Naylor from our statehouse offices in Indianapolis.
