(Indianapolis) – Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita issued the following statement today upon Marcus Schrenker’s return to Hamilton County.  Secretary Rokita’s Indiana Securities Division led the investigation that has resulted in criminal counts of securities fraud against Schrenker.

“I am pleased that Mr. Schrenker is back in Indiana's custody so that our criminal process can now continue,” said Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita. “Just prior to his disappearing act, my office began to uncover and confront him with allegations of securities fraud. We’ve worked tirelessly through the eight months since to continue to develop evidence that has led to the 11 total charges he will now face.”
