INDIANAPOLIS - To provide information to individuals and groups looking to apply for a special group recognition license plate, the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) will hold a meeting to discuss the new rules for 2010. The meeting will be on Wednesday, February 3, at 4 p.m. in Indiana Government Center South, Conference Room A.

The BMV has updated the application guide for specialty license plates and will have employees on hand to answer questions about the application process.
