Rep. Ruppel: Presents Arts Day Award
STATEHOUSE - Today, State Representative Bill Ruppel (R- North Manchester) presented Judy Ward, a visual and performing arts educator at Wabash County Schools, with the 12th annual Community Arts Leadership Award for Arts Educator. The annual Arts Day at the Statehouse event is hosted by the Indiana Coalition for the Arts to promote diversity of the arts in the state of Indiana.
"It is important to support arts education in Indiana because without art, we lose value in our lives," said Rep. Ruppel.
