Lt. Governor Becky Skillman will deliver more than 34,000 Christmas cards to Major General Martin Umbarger, Adjutant General of the Indiana National Guard at a Statehouse ceremony Wednesday. The cards will be shipped to Hoosier troops serving overseas as well as servicemen and women stationed in Indiana. The cards were collected as part of the "Hoosier Cheer for our Heroes" campaign.
