The initial prehearing conference is rescheduled, from December 7, 2009, to consider administrative review of a status determination by the Department of Natural Resources, under the Indiana application of the Great Lakes Compact, for a significant water withdrawal facility located in Kosciusko County. [UPDATE: Following the achievement of a settlement between the parties, the administrative law judge entered a "Final Order of Dismissal (and Cancellation of Prehearing)" on December 16, 2009.]
