Vincennes - Monday afternoon, October 26, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Indiana State Police went to a residence located at 640 State Street, Vincennes, to investigate a complaint of illegal drug activity. As troopers were approaching the front door they observed marijuana on the front porch. The residence was secured and troopers obtained a search warrant. When troopers entered the residence they found approximately 53 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia, a handgun and a small amount of methamphetamine. Connie Stangle, 42, and her son, Zachary Stangle, 18, were arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where they are currently being held on bond.

1. Dealing Marijuana over 30 grams, Class D Felony
2. Possession of Marijuana over 30 grams, Class D Felony
3. Possession of Methamphetamine, Class D Felony
4. Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class D Felony
5. Possession of Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
