E.Com investigation: Public events scheduled for Tuesday, October 20 in Westfield

Two public events will be held in Westfield on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 regarding the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission's (IURC's) pending investigation of E.com Technologies, LLC - doing business as FirstMile. Both events will take place at Centennial Bible Church, 720 Liberty Drive:

E.com - doing business as FirstMile - provides telecommunications services, including telephone and video services, to customers in the Centennial neighborhood in Westfield. The IURC initiated this case in May 2009 to review the company's compliance with previous Commission orders and with state laws and regulations. Consumers who are unable to attend the October 20 events can send written comments to the OUCC in advance. The OUCC accepts consumer comments by mail, fax and the Internet:
