Indiana State Police Employees Receive Service Awards

(Master Trooper Recognized for 1,200,000 safe driving miles)

Peru - Lieutenant Matt Bilkey, district commander of the Indiana State Police Peru Post, recently recognized 10 Indiana State Police employees for their continued excellent service to the community during a meeting of the Indiana State Police at the Peru Post.

Master Trooper Randy Pryor of Cass County received a certificate recognizing 1,200,000 safe driving miles. Trooper Mike Tomson of Wabash County received a certificate recognizing 350,000 safe driving miles. Trooper Mike Lorona of Miami County received a certificate recognizing 250,000 safe driving miles. Trooper Ron Fisher of Howard County was recognized for 150,000 safe driving miles. Trooper Luke Bowyer and Trooper Todd Trottier both of Fulton County, Trooper Cicely Gasvoda and Trooper Daniel Prus both of Wabash County, along with Trooper Josh Rozzi of Cass County were all recognized for 50,000 safe driving miles.

Sue Keller, data input operator for the Indiana State Police Peru Post, was recognized for five years of service. She resides in Miami County.

Indiana State Police employees are recognized for years of service every five years.

Troopers drive their police cars approximately 40,000 miles per year. They are recognized for safe driving starting at 50,000 miles.
