A hearing is scheduled to consider administrative review from NOV-4142-PL issued for Cedar Lake, Lake County, a "public freshwater lake" governed by IC 14-26-2 and 312 IAC 11-1 through 312 IAC 11-5.  The starting time is equivalent to 10:30 a.m., EST, and the ending time is approximate.  [UPDATE: The hearing was continued indefinitely on November 5, 2009, at the request of the parties, when they reported progress toward settlement.  A telephone status conference was scheduled for December 21, 2009 to help monitor the progress of settlement negotiations, and a hearing would be rescheduled if the negotiations are unsuccessful.]
