Henry County - Today at approximately 1:31 p.m. troopers from the Connersville Post and deputies from the Henry County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle personal injury crash at county road 925 West south of county road 750 South here in Henry County.

Units arrived to find the vehicle's driver, John G. Cooper, 58, of Avon, was wanted by Avon Police for questioning about a murder that had occurred earlier today's date. Indiana State Police Troopers escorted Cooper to Henry County Memorial Hospital where he received treatment.  His injuries are listed as non-life threatening.

Connersville District Troopers took possession of the vehicle, for processing, in cooperation with the Henry County Sheriff's Department who is investigating the crash.  Cooper is being held for Avon authorities.
