Elkhart County, Ind. - The west approach of CR 46 to SR 19 will be closed from Wednesday, October 15 to Tuesday, October 28, 2008 for the intersection improvement project at that location.  The detour route via CR 3, CR 44, and SR 19 adds about 3 miles for through CR 46 traffic.
