NOBLESVILLE - Noblesville area residents will enjoy reduced visit times and receive improved service at the relocated and redesigned Noblesville License Branch according to Ron Stiver, Commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). Today he officially dedicated the new BMV branch located in the Noblecreek Plaza retail center on State Road 37 at Cherry Street.

Stiver also announced that the AAA Hoosier Motor Club will soon begin offering select BMV services at the Noblesville AAA office located at 1950 East Connor Street as part of the renewed partnership between AAA and the BMV.

"These two announcements are great news for our Noblesville and Hamilton County customers. For those who must visit or choose to visit a license branch, our new branch will offer even better customer service with an improved, customer-friendly design and layout," explained Commissioner Stiver.

He noted, "We have already seen visit times at the Noblesville branch drop from 25 minutes in July 2007 to 12 minutes in July 2008 and expect further improvement in the new branch. As an added convenience, Noblesville is one of 73 license branches where customers can schedule appointments through the BMV Web site."

"The introduction of select BMV services at the Noblesville AAA Hoosier Motor Club is a continuation of the BMV Customer Choices program designed to provide new convenient ways for customers to do business with the BMV without visiting a license branch. In addition to select AAA locations, BMV customers can now access 12 new online services through the new myBMV.in.gov virtual license branch. They may also use one the 185 auto dealerships providing on-site titling and registration or visit one of five Old National Bank branches to renew a vehicle registration," Stiver added.

Services available at the AAA Hoosier Motor Club office in Noblesville will include registrations and titles.
