NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

  

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Child Services will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 24th at 9:00 a.m. Indianapolis time, in the DCS  Conference Room, at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 W. Washington St. 3^rd Floor E.,  Indianapolis, Indiana.  The hearing will be to determine whether the following county should be allowed to borrow on a short term basis to fund child services in this county in accordance with Indiana Code 12-19-5-2 and 12-19-7-15 :

                                     Wayne County           $490,257

                                               

At this public hearing, all taxpayers, and interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposed borrowing in writing or in person.
