The Indiana Law Enforcement Academy will host this course, presented by Dr. Paul Whitesell of Protective Training Services, LLC. Instructors will be certified for three years to teach active counter measures, grappling, bars, pins, handcuffing, take downs, holds and escapes.
Classes will run from 6:00 PM through 10:00 PM.
