The State Soil Conservation Board will meet on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at 9 a.m. at the Indiana State Department of Agriculture offices, 101 West Ohio St. in Indianapolis. The State Soil Conservation Board provides guidance and coordination to the state's 92 Soil and Water Conservation Districts as they provide local leadership in the protection of Indiana's soil and water resources. Additionally, the State Soil Conservation Board administers the Clean Water Indiana Fund, a water quality-related erosion and sediment reduction program.
