Effective February 27, 2013 all PT and PTA licensees will be required to obtain continuing competency in order to renew their license.  The Committee will require all licensees to have completed 10 hours plus 2 hours of Indiana Jurisprudence and Ethics for the 2014 renewal.  No hours completed prior to the effective date will be acceptable for the 2014 renewal.  Click here for an updated copy of the Compilation. 

 

 Effective July 1, 2011 all PT and PTA applicants must submit a criminal background check (CBC) prior to being licensed; any applicant seeking a temporary permit will be required to submit a CBC prior to the temporary permit being issued.  For more information and instructions on the CBC click here.
