Application Fees for Individual Licenses

  • Application Fee for Licensure as a Real Estate Salesperson: $35.00
  • Application Fee for Licensure as a Real Estate Salesperson via Reciprocity: $35.00
  • Application Fee for Licensure as a Real Estate Broker: $60.00
  • Application Fee for Licensure as a Real Estate Broker via Reciprocity: $60.00
  • Application Fee for Reassignment of Salesperson or Broker License: $10.00
  • Application Fee for Reactivation of a Inactive or Referral Salesperson or Broker License: $10.00
  • Biennial Renewal Application Fee for Real Estate Salespersons: $35.00 due on June 30th of the even numbered year (2008, 2010, 2012,....etc)
  • Penalty Fee for Late Renewal of Salesperson License: $50.00
  • Biennial Renewal Application Fee for Real Estate Brokers: $60.00 due by June 30th of each odd numbered year (2009, 2011, 2013,...etc)
  • Penalty Fee for Late Renewal of Broker License: $50.00

Application Fees for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships

  • Application Fee for Real Estate License as a Corporation: $50.00
  • Application Fee for Real Estate License as a Limited Liability Company: $50.00
  • Application Fee for Real Estate License as a Partnership or d/b/a: $50.00 for Partnerships - No Fee for Sole Ownerships
  • Application for Registration of a Real Estate Professional Corporation: $25.00
  • Biennial Renewal Application Fee for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships: $50.00 due by June 30th of each even-numbered year
  • Biennial Renewal Application Fee for Real Estate Professional Corporations: $20.00 due by January 31st of each even-numbered year
  • Verification of licensure status to another state: $10.00 for each state to which information is to be sent

Application Fees for Continuing Education Providers

  • Application Fee for Approval as a Real Estate Continuing Education Provider: $50.00

Biennial Renewal Application Fee for Approved Continuing Education Providers: $50.00 due by December 31st of odd-numbered years for Salesperson course providers and by December 31st of even- numbered years for Broker course providers
