Donna S. Wall graduated with a BS in pharmacy from Butler University in 1978.Wall started practicing in hospital pharmacy upon graduation and has worked as a Staff Pharmacist for both Wishard Hospital (1978-1982) and St. Vincent Hospital (1982-1994). In 1992 Donna enrolled at Purdue University and obtained her PharmD in December of 1993. For the past 14 years, Donna has worked as Clinical Pharmacist in the Adult Critical Care Unit for the Indiana University Hospital, Manager of Drug Policy, Safety, Quality and Regulatory and is presently in the role of a clinical pharmacist. Donna has served the hospital and pharmacy department in various roles including that of Residency director, interim P&T secretary and drug information director. Donna obtained her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 1995. She is an adjunct associate professor of clinical pharmacy at Purdue University and Butler University.  Donna is a current member of the Indiana Board of Pharmacy and has served for 12 years. During her previous terms, she has held the offices on the Indiana Board of Pharmacy as vice president and president.  She has served the National Association of Board of Pharmacy (NABP) as an executive committee member, Treasurer, President-elect, President, and Chairperson of the Executive Committee. Donna also has active memberships in IPA, ASHP, APHA and ACCP where she has served on various committees and task forces. Wall has received the Glen J. Sperandio Award for Advancement of Pharmacy in 2000, Indiana Health-System Pharmacist of the Year 2007, the Wyeth Pharmaceutical’s Bowl of Hygeia Award in 2001, the FDA Commissioner’s Special Citation for NABP’s efforts in public safety and has been honored by both Butler and Purdue University as a distinguished alumnae.
