IC 25-26-13-27: Closing of Pharmacies
If a pharmacy will be closed for five (5) consecutive days or more, the permit holder shall notify their Board Compliance Officer and take such steps to secure the drugs in the pharmacy as the Compliance Officer may direct.
If a pharmacy is to be permanently closed for any reason, the owner or qualifying pharmacist shall notify the Board office, not less than twenty (20) days before the transfer of any controlled substances, at dmattingly@pla.IN.gov or 317.234.5559 to schedule a closing inspection.
