****Effective December 1, 2009, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency will
no longer print and mail license cards to anyone as a courtesy upon licensure,
certification, renewal or reinstatement. You may visit our License Express page to
order a pocket card or wall certificate or to verify the status of your
license anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.******
For April Exam Candidates: applications must be postmarked by January 2nd.
For October Exam Candidates: applications must be postmarked by July 1st.
