no longer print and mail license cards to anyone as a courtesy upon licensure,
certification, renewal or reinstatement. You may visit our License Express page to
order a pocket card or wall certificate or to verify the status of your
license anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.******

Note: License renewal applications are not available for download from this page. License renewal applications are licensee specific. You can renew your license online with a credit card or debit card by clicking on the "license express" option on the left side of this screen.
